OptiLube 42g Tube of Sterile Lubricating Jelly.

OptiLube is a medical device consisting of a sterile, water-soluble and transparent lubricating jelly developed to aid smooth insertion during a range of examinations and procedures.

The use of sterile lubricating jelly during procedures and examinations reduces the risk of pain and trauma to the patient, by reducing resistance during insertion needed for medical procedures and examinations.

OptiLube 42g tubes of sterile lubricating jelly are ideal for when more lubricant is required than smaller sachets. The 42g tubes feature flip-caps to allow easy opening and closing for reapplication.

OptiLube tubes are supplied sterile and remain sterile until opened. Once opened they have a lifetime of up to 3 months.
