Box of 100 x BD Vacutainer ACD-A blood collection tubes widely used for medical and aesthetics procedures.

  • Contain anti-coagulant Acid Citrate Dextrose (ACD) designed to preserve erythrocytes (red blood cells) for blood group identification.
  • These citrate tubes are also a popular and effective choice for Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) hair loss and aesthetics procedures, also known as 'PRP tubes'.

  • BD Conventional Yellow Cap Closure
  • Draw volume: 8.5 mL
  • Size: 16 x 100 mm
  • Additive: ACD Solution A (results in the following anti-coagulant blood concentrations):
    • Na3 citrate: 3.30 mg/mL
    • Citric acid: 1.20 mg/mL
    • Dextrose: 3.68 mg/mL
    • Potassium sorbate: 0.03 mg/mL
